The UWC Spanish Committee Foundation has a solid background in the educational sector with 17 years experience in the promotion and administration of scholarships for Spanish students to attend the United World Colleges located in 13 different countries.

Spain’s multicultural legacy and unique historical and geopolitical bonds with Europe, Latin America and North Africa have led to this project for the creation of a new United World College, which was initiated in 2008 and will reach its goal when the UWC España opens in 2013.
